Dr. Tandeep Malhotra, DDS
Dr. Malhotra comes from a lineage of family dentists who have a proven record of delivering quality care to patients from all walks of life.
Dr. Malhotra completed his DDS from University at Buffalo, earning his degree with distinction. One of the most coveted and intense programs around the country, the DDS at Buffalo gave Dr. Malhotra the opportunity to work in an area facing a shortage of health professionals, where patients have little access to care. The unique challenges this presented prepared Dr. Malhotra to anticipate the different financial realities patients encounter, yet not compromise the quality of care they receive.
After his degree, Dr. Malhotra broadened his patient care experience by completing a two-year residency program at Brookdale Hospital in Brooklyn, where he delivered dental care to patients with multiple medical conditions and special needs. Dr. Malhotra also engaged in research and teaching in the second year of residency and currently continues his work as an attending doctor at the hospital training residents.
Committed to ensuring the best possible and most comprehensive care for his patients, Dr. Malhotra’s goal in his practice of dental medicine is also to ensure a pain and stress-free experience for his patients. To this end, he has worked with superior practices and leaders in the field of dentistry in Manhattan, where the doctors hold this philosophy close to their hearts. Keeping himself abreast with advances in the field with continuing education courses, Dr. Malhotra looks forward to providing a quality service to all his patients.

Dr. Sonali Chhabra, DDS
Dr. Chhabra is very passionate about her work and goes above and beyond to ensure her patients receive the highest standards of dental care in a friendly and welcoming environment. She received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery with honors from the University of California San Francisco (UCSF), School of Dentitsry. Before settling on Long Island, Dr.Chhabra practiced in San Francisco and has considerable experience in treating the dental needs of patients of all ages. Known for her gentle touch, Dr. Chhabra focuses on providing comfort and the best care to all her patients. When not working, Dr.Chhabra enjoys spending time her family and friends, cooking and exploring beautiful New York.
Dr. Kareema Roushdy, DMD
Dr. Kareema Roushdy, is a dedicated general and cosmetic dentist committed to providing exceptional dental care to her patients. She earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston, MA. Dr. Kareema then completed a general practice residency at Coney Island Hospital where she honed her skills in treating a diverse range of patients with complex dental needs. Passionate about advancing her knowledge and skills, Dr. Kareema has undertaken numerous continuing education courses, ensuring she remains at the forefront of dentistry. As an active member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Kareema is deeply committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements in dental techniques and technologies to deliver the highest standard of care to her patients. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Kareema is enthusiastic about patient education, ensuring that patients fully understand their treatment and empowering individuals to take control of their oral health. She believes in fostering a supportive and compassionate environment where patients feel valued and understood. On her free time, Dr. Kareema enjoys cooking exciting new cuisines, traveling, oil painting and golfing with her husband.

I had a great experience at this dental office! Dr. Malhotra was very helpful and thorough in pointing out the areas I needed to improve, including three fillings. I was able to get one done today, and it was quick and comfortable. The receptionist, Wocelyn, was also amazing and worked with me to schedule my next two fillings for the new year at a more affordable price. I’ll also be getting four crowns done with Dr. Malhotra, and I’m very excited for the next steps.

It’s my third time here and I love seeing Dr. Malhotra (dentist) and Princess (front desk)! The staff here is beyond and know my fear of dental procedures so the fact that they as a team could keep me calm and comfortable while doing a crown on my back molar is award worthy. I also got fitted for a customized night guard because I have TMJ from grinding my teeth while I sleep.

I’ve been coming to Zen Dentistry for years. Dr M and his staff have always attentive and kind. I just finished my Invisaligns and had great results.
